What it does

A faithful copy of your store, built for spreadsheets, automations and reporting.

Baserow is your flexible database. Baseify keeps it in lockstep with Shopify so you can pivot, filter, automate and analyse — without ever touching the live store.

Real-time, webhook-driven

Every change in Shopify fires a webhook that Baseify queues and processes in seconds. It always re-fetches the authoritative record, so out-of-order events can never corrupt your data.

One-click templates

Provision a fully-typed Baserow database with up to ten linked tables — Products, Variants, Orders, Line Items, Customers, Fulfillments and more — pre-mapped and ready to backfill.

Real relationships

Orders link to customers, line items to orders and products, variants to products — written as native Baserow link-row fields, two-way, so rollups and lookups just work.

Per-location inventory

Available and on-hand quantities for every location land in their own columns and self-heal as you add or remove locations.

Field-level mapping

Map any Shopify GraphQL field to any Baserow column, with transforms for money, dates, JSON, joins and more. Or accept the sensible defaults.

Multiple databases, multiple syncs

Connect more than one Baserow instance (Cloud or self-hosted) and sync the same resource into several tables. Everything is grouped, collapsible and scoped per connection.

Backfill & an event log you can trust

Backfill existing records with Shopify Bulk Operations, then watch every sync in a filterable event log with one-click retry for anything that failed.

How it works

Four steps from install to live sync.

01

Connect Baserow

Add your Baserow base URL and a database token. Optionally add account credentials to browse your schema right inside Shopify.

02

Pick a template — or build your own

Provision a ready-made multi-table database in one click, or create a sync by hand: choose a resource, the events to track, and the destination table.

03

Map your fields

Designate the external-key column that stores the Shopify ID, then map fields and relationships. Webhook subscriptions register automatically.

04

Backfill & go live

Backfill what already exists, then let real-time webhooks keep Baserow current — forever, hands-off.

Everything worth syncing

Built around the objects you actually use.

First-class resources with their own webhooks, plus child expansions like line items and variants — all read-only, never written back to Shopify.
